All payments made to RenoAssist.io—including subscriptions, advertising packages, lead credits, and other purchases—are non-refundable.
Once a charge has been processed, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including for partial use, unused time, or dissatisfaction with project responses or results.

To prevent future charges, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations received after this period will take effect in the following cycle.

By using RenoAssist.io, you acknowledge and agree that there are no refunds available for any payments made.

11. Account Status and Credit Use

To claim projects, redeem credits, or access paid features, your account must remain active and in good standing. Accounts that are inactive, suspended, or delinquent may lose access to purchased features or credits until reinstated. RenoAssist.io reserves the sole discretion to determine account standing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of RenoAssist.io’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms
