‍9. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall RenoAssist.io, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

‍10. Disclaimer: Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

‍11. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the principal place of business of RenoAssist.io, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Deposit Security Guarantee:

i. Coverage Scope

RenoAssist.io hereby offers a Deposit Security Guarantee ("Guarantee") to our users ("Users"), subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This Guarantee is designed to provide a measure of protection for the initial deposit paid by a User to a contractor ("Contractor") provided and approved by RenoAssist.io, up to a maximum amount of $10,000 CAD ("Covered Amount").

ii. Contractor Selection

Users agree to engage Contractors exclusively provided and approved by RenoAssist.io for their projects. The Guarantee is only valid when Users contract services through RenoAssist.io's approved Contractor network.

iii. Limitations of Guarantee

a. The Guarantee covers only the initial deposit made by the User to the Contractor for the commencement and conduct of work. It does not extend to disputes related to the satisfaction, quality, or subjective interpretation of the completed work.

b. The coverage is limited to ensuring that the Contractor will commence and conduct the agreed-upon work. It does not cover additional payments, subsequent transactions, or deposits made outside of the RenoAssist.io platform.

c. To qualify for this Guarantee, Users must comply with all terms and conditions of RenoAssist.io, including but not limited to the full utilization of RenoAssist.io's payment systems for transactions.

iv. Exclusions

This Guarantee does not cover:Disputes related to the personal preferences, aesthetics, or subjective interpretations of the work performed by the Contractor.

Claims related to the quality of services or the outcome of those services beyond the commencement and conduct of work.
‍
Projects or deposits for services that violate RenoAssist.io's terms of service.

v. Claim Process

To make a claim under this Guarantee, Users must notify RenoAssist.io within a specified period from the date of the alleged failure to commence or conduct work, providing all necessary documentation and evidence to support the claim. RenoAssist.io reserves the right to investigate and verify the validity of any claim before providing coverage.

vi. Limitation of Liability

RenoAssist.io's total liability under this Guarantee shall not exceed the Covered Amount. RenoAssist.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Guarantee.

vii. Amendment and Termination

RenoAssist.io reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or terminate this Guarantee at any time, without prior notice.
