Ian and his team made our first renovation very easy! Ian is easy to work with and respectful of our time and space. He kept us informed of everything going on and was proactive with delays. We are very happy with how our bathroom turned out and would work with Brinq again for future projects.

The project was well organized by Ian with a timetable with dates which was closely adhered to. We renovated the guest bathroom totally. Work was done in 2 weeks (not on weekends). We were pleased with the workers and the work that was done. I would prefer next time to have had it priced without the products - cabinet, toilet, accessories as the quote was too low for availability and we had to continually add to the quote.

I want to start by acknowledging that everyone's personal experience working with someone can be different. Here's my review based on my own experience: Working with Ian was a fantastic experience, and I would rate it 10/10. He paid great attention to our needs and was extremely accommodating to our requests, never being pushy. Communication with him was effortless, and we never had to go out of our way to get in touch with him. Despite our busy schedule, Ian managed to complete the job within a reasonable timeframe. Thank you once again, Ian. We are excited to work with you in the future.

Ian helped me with some interior and exterior touch ups around my house including a window replacement, exterior parging and a small attic renovation. From the start he was very professional, responsive and courteous. His work and attention to detail are also top notch. Always apologetic whenever a hiccup would arise during the work, he would come up with options and their estimated costs right away. His sub contractors are also carefully chosen so they meet his same standards of quality work and professionalism.

Ian and his team did a fantastic job laying down vinyl plank flooring over the existing tiles in our kitchen. Good communication, reasonable prices, quality work and professionalism was evident throughout the process. Definitely recommended!

I worked with Ian to do a good chunk of my condo kitchen renovation, including drywall repair/tile backsplash, plumbing, and countertops. Ian has a roster of trusted specialist contractors that he works with, and was able to provide useful advice on how to plan out the project, how much time to budget, etc. When things got a little off schedule, Ian also took care of coordinating and rescheduling all the contractors. This was my first major renovation, so his knowledge of how to plan a project and which contractors are trustworthy was very useful. I am more than happy with the resulting kitchen.

Ian and team were extremely friendly and professional. I had a flooding incident in my house and Ian was trustworthy, advised me on things I didn’t know and best of all, did a great job.
