We engaged Toronto Bath Centre for our basement bathroom renovation and had a great experience working with Alina as well as George and his team on the project. Alina was very helpful with selecting the tiles, fixtures and the vanity as well as providing different options. She communicated very clearly throughout the project and was supervising everything closely. George and his team were extremely professional; always punctual and organized. and they cleaned the site every single day before they left. When we faced challenges (which you always do with an older house) they were very resourceful and provided options and executed with excellence. The project was finished at the promised time and within budget. We were extremely happy with the result. We definitely recommend Alina and team to anyone who needs help with bathroom renovations.
NOT worth the amount of money we spent. Main gripe was with the contractors. They left cigarette butts all over my backyard, left empty water bottles in the attic. They left my backdoor open and let in a 2 ft snake into the basement. Since the renovation has been completed, we've had to have them come back a few times to fix their own shortcuts, possibly betting that we wouldn't have noticed them: plumbed washrooms incorrectly, vented appliances into the attic, door jambs misaligned. We've had to have another HVAC contractor come in and fix their hodgepodge vent ducts that were miscellaneously taped together. One contractor even brought his sister and son to walk around on my property?? Pretty sure that's trespassing. The cherry on top was that my name was misspelled in several emails. The tile dude was good. TLDR: If you want to pay top dollar and have multiple problems down the line (moisture, mold, fecal odours) then this is the place to go! Edit: in reply to the owner's comment, this is definitely the right company that I posted this review on. It's disappointing that I used these reviews and got subpar service.
Norseman are pros. Project was managed from planning, blueprints and the contract down to the full renovation of our basement and the clean up. Everything was scheduled no suprises. Photos and updates provided daily and weekly meetings to make sure everything was as we wanted. Any challenges were met with soultion in a timly manner. Look no futher then this team. Any reno we require in the future Norseman will be our first call.
My wife and I love our renovated kitchen. The T-ROC team members that worked on our kitchen did a great job. Most were highly skilled, efficient and took pride in their work. High praise to Johsua, who did an excellent job installing/assembling our kitchen cabinets, pantry, island, drawer rollouts, built-in microwave shelf and the revolving corner shelf. Mark the plumber always does great work. He connected the sink, re-routed some pipes and hooked up the dishwasher. The electrical team installed LED lights on the ceiling and under the upper cabinets. They installed electrical outlets on the walls and on the island. Mehmet did an excellent job of painting the kitchen and completing the finishing touches. William did a good job of managing the project. He was responsive to questions and was focused on client satisfaction. However, there were challenges during the renovation. First, the final cost was over 10% higher than the quote. This was due to a failure to identify several costs. Secondly, measuring and design errors resulted in half of the cabinets that were delivered having to be exchanged. Consequently, the kitchen's completion took a week longer than expected. These challenges were stressful for us and disrupted our schedules. We received no compensation and it was disappointing to be told "these things happen." If you choose T-ROC, the workmanship is good, but the resolution of challenges may not be to your liking.

kitchen, bathroom, living room Kitchen Planning & Renovation review in Toronto12/31/2010 The reno involved demolition of existing kitchen in a 60yo home. We hired Valentini kitchens for the job prior to moving in (there was a 6 week period). The job was completed before we moved. This is despite our adding to the job (flooring and painting of upstairs and reno of a bathroom). We are very pleased with the quality of the kitchen cabinetry. Job Price Approximate cost of services: $115,000.00

I needed to have a number of jobs done - a bathroom gutted and renovated as well as new windows and doors, a new roof and a couple of smaller jobs.
