We are ready to renovate our 25 year old home and Tina & Magie are TOP SHELF when it comes to all OUR renovations needs! Magie spent an afternoon with my husband and I creating a plan and picking tiles, cabinets, flooring, countertops and designing a space that is modern and timeless!! I want to thank Tina and her team for completely transforming my 22-year-old kitchen and family room into beautiful, modern spaces this past summer. Tina has an outstanding design team, as well as skilled tradespeople. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire design process. As with any renovation project, there were some challenges, but Tina's customer service team was always there to resolve them quickly and to my satisfaction. Over the past 20 years, I've had several renovations done, but none of those projects can match the level of service provided by Tina and her team.

February 2023: Smart Renovations did an absolutely fabulous job redoing my bathroom, changing a bathtub to a walk-in shower, installing a custom vanity and beautiful inlaid shelves next to it and in the shower. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as they were professional, friendly and prompt. September 2024: I contacted Smart Renovations when I noticed that the sealant on two of the corner walls in the shower was deteriorating; within two days, they sent out a technician who repaired the issue. I was so impressed with their prompt action!

I used Smart Renovations earlier this year for a master bathroom renovation ensuring accessibility for an aging parent with mobility issues, and the end result was perfect and beautiful. The entire team, from management/design team to the installation team, are all detail oriented and work to ensure 100% satisfaction. The project was completed on-time which was a must and they delivered. I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

Had great experience renovating my kitchen, main floor tile, powder room, laundry, and stairs with this team. Very well organized and ontime. Very responsive and quickly addressed all my concerns. I reaised several small detailed concerns to them and they addressed all of them very quickly. They were very patient during the design stage which took us more than a month and five 2-3 hour sessions. Very transparent. They gave us a very detailed (18 pages) quote which has all the work details and price breakdown. They did not add a penny to the initial quote unless it was some added work which we requested. They initially committed to do the job in 6 weeks which by itself, seemed a very good timeline given the amount of work. They finished the entire job in 4 weeks. Even 2 weeks ahead of their own schedule. Their service is not cheap.. but it’s not expensive either. I’d say very reasonable price for the quality of the work you’ll receive. I strongly recommend them. In fact if I have another similar job I’d definitely go to them again.

The entire process for renovating our 2 bathrooms could not have been more efficient and was actually fun at times :-). Tina and her team (Maggie, Johnson, Eric & Tony) are not just skilled at what they do but unbelievably responsive and keenly interested in what matters to the homeowner - their patience instilled confidence in the work from design to demolition to construction. The care that they undertook whilst in our home and the responsiveness to questions following the renovation were much appreciated.

We recently had our ensuite bathroom totally renovated by Smart Renovations and we're extremely happy with the workmanship, timeliness and efficiency exhibited on the project. Specifically a big thank you to Jason for his attention to detail and hard work, Felicia for her guidance as we were planning the project and Tina for coordinating the project itself and keeping us up-to-date on the progress on a daily basis.
