The Capable Group did a wonderful job renovating our 100 year old basement! All of the workers sent to my home were competent in their trades and professional to deal with. The project manager and site supervisor were responsive to questions and very helpful. What started out as a basement refinishing project ended up requiring some underpinning, waterproofing and structural reinforcement. The Capable Group team was able to handle the expanded scope and completed the job within the agreed to budget!
I have dealt with a leaky basement for years. I decided to finally get the job done right. Mario was punctual when he met me for the quotation. He immediately impressed me with his knowledge. He offered several great suggestions, some that would even save me money. Mario and his team did an amazing job and cleaned everything up as if they had never been there. Overall he was professional, and courteous and I would highly recommend him and use him again should I have the need.

Melissa and Larry and the rest of their team put excellent care into everything from the planning stages to the final walk through. Communication was excellent every step of the way. An online portal for the project helped to show the timeline and also made sense of the financial management. My project was completed within the time expected and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They transformed my 1950s bungalow into a modern updated space and offered suggestions on design when it was helpful. The work involved conversion from an oil to gas heating system, updating the electrical panel (and some rewiring throughout the house), reconfiguring the main living space by opening up the wall between two rooms, a complete kitchen renovation and bathroom renovation, repainting the interior and other cosmetic touch ups throughout. They also constructed many storage spaces and closet area throughout and added main floor closeted laundry area. I am so glad to have chosen this team! I would give them six stars if possible.
Alberto and his team took on a job most contractors shy away from. They converted a powder room and closet into a full bathroom and space for a washer and dryer! Alberto thinks of ways to make your visions into reality and will be with you every step of the way and will ensure that your concerns are addressed. Thank you to the team at RCC Waterproofing, they did a great job and are an excellent trustworthy company. Once I discovered the leak in my foundation I looked up and found RCC having a great reputation so I gave them a call. Within a few days Ramy came by my house to give a complete assessment, recommendations and a detailed layout of the work, later that same day I had a quote for a great price. The crew leader Kiddy and his team did an excellent job with the repair. The repair location was a narrow path and a machine couldn’t easily fit beside the house but Kiddy and his team dug out the area by hand on a Saturday, the site was cleaned up spotlessly and everything was put back. I am very happy with the quality and the service from RCC Waterproofing, highly recommended!
