I highly recommend! The whole renovation process was smooth from start to finish and the end result surpassed all expectations. Very professional and amazing work done in my bathroom! Will definitely be using them again for future renovations.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Firmbuilt and highly recommend their contracting services if you are interested in having a quality job done with your renovations. Melissa and Larry and the rest of their team put excellent care into everything from the planning stages to the final walk through. Communication was excellent every step of the way. An online portal for the project helped to show the timeline and also made sense of the financial management. My project was completed within the time expected and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They transformed my 1950s bungalow into a modern updated space and offered suggestions on design when it was helpful. The work involved conversion from an oil to gas heating system, updating the electrical panel (and some rewiring throughout the house), reconfiguring the main living space by opening up the wall between two rooms, a complete kitchen renovation and bathroom renovation, repainting the interior and other cosmetic touch ups throughout. They also constructed many storage spaces and closet area throughout and added main floor closeted laundry area. I am so glad to have chosen this team! I would give them six stars if possible.

We have been working with M & D Builders on projects for many years. Mike and his team is awesome. Mike is involved from beginning to the end of the project and makes sure everything is done as per customer's satisfaction. We highly recommend M&D Builders for all kinds and renovation jobs and new builds.
Vlad and his team did a few projects for me. The main project was finishing a basement with hardwood and painting all of my walls. He also repaired my backyard interlocks and lastly did some rerouting of weeping titles on one side of my house. Their workmanship is great and I'm happy with quality of the work. But Vlad had some qualities that are as important as the quality to me . First is being super accurate on time estimation and finishing all the projects spot on with his estimate. Second is that Vlad wouldn't leave you hanging if you are not happy with a part of finished product. One example of that was that we agree to use caulking around the base of glass panels in my basement. When it was done I didn't think it looked good. He then changed those with some steel panels which looked great. There was a couple more examples of that. Third is that he would go the extra mile because he cares about his work and his customer. He went out and bought extra slabs of interlock to make look nicer even though he didn't have to and could have left it the way the original contactor left it. I almost always have bad experiences with my contractors and Vlad is going to be my go to person for any other project.
