Tyler, the owner, recently renovated our bathroom. He communicates well and explains the work being done in a manner a customer would understand. In my opinion, this is very important so customer and contractor are always on the same page in terms of expectations. He and his team did an excellent work to our bathroom, making it not only beautiful to see, but more importantly make it work efficiently for our everyday use and needs. They are very professional and friendly too, they do not cut corners, ensure quality, and immediately address issues that may arise during or after renovation. Tyler also provided us a 10-year warranty on the job done. There maybe some contractors that might forget to support you for renovation issues after job is done. Tyler keeps in touch with us and follows up on our questions/requests. Tyler really helped us picked the right materials such as going to the tile shop, buy a better vanity cabinet, pick ideal faucets, etc. He gave us the pros and cons of our choices and provides alternative options for us to choose from. This value-added service I think is something that separates him and his company from the others. My husband and I highly recommend Tyler and his company for home renovation, bathroom renovation needs. We're now thinking of getting his services back for some of the repairs/renovations in our home.

Choosing Home Doctor Renovations to redo our very outdated condo bathrooms was the wisest and best decision we made. Why? Firstly, Tyler- the representative for Home Doctor Renovations gave us excellent advice when selecting fixtures, floor tiles, vanity, and walk in shower so that everything came together for us. The work team were also on time and the workmanship was definitely an A-Plus. The Job was completed a day ahead of schedule. We would also like to mention that dust was kept to a minimum. Home Doctor Renovations transformed the old and dated upstairs bathroom in our new house and we've been very pleased with the results. We had them update everything and added creature comforts including heated flooring, heated towel rack and exhaust fan. Work was finished on time and there were no surprises with the budget. The team were communicative throughout the process, sent progress photos, and gave helpful recommendations on fixtures and finishes. They were receptive to our feedback during construction and great about coming back for touch ups at the end. They successfully helped us achieve the vision we had for our spa-like bathroom!
