I needed to have a number of jobs done - a bathroom gutted and renovated as well as new windows and doors, a new roof and a couple of smaller jobs. I was looking for a contractor I could trust to co-ordinate all the various aspects and manage the entire project. This was key for me and I was not disappointed. There are so many different moving pieces and considerations when deciding to take on the adventure of building a custom home. One of the biggest pieces is obviously who you choose to take on to execute your build. After interviewing numerous builders we decided to go with Golden Bee Homes. Now, as we have lived in our beautiful home for almost a year, we can say with the upmost confidence that we made the right decision. From the beginning Jack, Apo and Daron were honest, upfront, transparent and ethical when it came to the planning and execution for our project. No plan is completed without difficulties, workarounds, and compromises. However, even in the middle of a pandemic, there were very few issues that we came across and we are certain that this was because of the commitment of Apo and Daron to the Golden Bee name. Apo and Daron were always available to discuss any concerns we had. Even now, as we are moved in to our home we know that if we ever need to call them they will get back to us or even come to the house promptly to address any concerns we have. We extend our upmost thanks and appreciation to Jack and everyone at Golden Bee to making our dream home a reality. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Upon moving into my condo after leasing to tenants for a few years the space required quite a lot of work, bathroom wasn’t functional or pretty, popcorn ceilings, flooring damaged, electrical needed to be reworked. I thought about hiring individual people for each task such as a floor installer, then electrician etc. After realizing that it was going to be too much of a headache dealing with multiple companies and people I decided to seek companies offering an all-in-one stop shop for home renovations. I reached out to multiple companies and after meeting with Jack I knew that Golden Bee was the company for me. I was also impressed with their portfolio and awards they have won over the years. The project began as a bathroom renovation but after realizing issues with the kitchen halfway through the bathroom project I decided to add the kitchen into the mix. Golden Bee quickly pivoted and allocated extra time to putting together the kitchen design. My condo renovation ended up being a complete gut and build (kitchen, bathroom, entry, entire condo flooring, popcorn ceiling removal, electrical upgrade, and installation of new fixtures). The Golden Bee team from beginning to end was an absolute dream to work and collaborate with. I felt comfortable, never pressured, budget was respected, listened to my ideas and communication was perfect. Renovations are a huge undertaking and Golden Bee’s professionalism and attention to detail really made me feel at ease. Living in a condo comes with additional challenges of property management and working around strict renovation rules. Golden Bee was respectful to my neighbors by giving them a heads up if loud work was being performed and making sure the site and elevators remained damage-free. I am so thankful to the team, Maria, Mo, Nicole, Apo, Varak, Jack, Pars and to anyone I didn’t meet who worked on my condo, everyday is a dream waking up in such a beautiful home. Thank you for making it all happen! I am forever grateful.

We worked with GBH 2022/2023 on a fairly extensive reno of our home including an addition, new HVAQ, full renovation of the basement and second floor. Overall, the team was really great to work with despite some surprises along the way due to the age of the house. What stood out most was the attention to detail from start to finish and Apo’s ongoing support even after the project was fully completed (he was our project manager). We also really appreciated Maria’s help with the design aspect and walking us through the selection process for all the finishings. Part of the project involved a new ensuite and we could not be happier with how it came together. Darron, our site manager, always seemed on top of everything with clear explanation and updates. Our project took longer than expected but again, the scope changed along the way and permits are largely out of their hands. Lastly, they were quick to address any issues brought up by our neighbors and the project ran very smoothly! Overall, a great team to work with.

Our project manager Pars was extraordinary, together with our designers, Maria and Nicole. There were no surprises and there was full transparency. A few years ago I needed to renovate my kitchen. Yet I kept postponing it until one day I was advised to consult with Golden Been Homes. I met Jack Torossian, the founder of the company. He came to my unit, looked around to see what needed to be done. We discussed my needs and all the project related details in terms of design and materials. A week later he sent me the drawing of the renovated kitchen along with the time necessary to wrap up the project for my review. The work carried out by the construction team was second to none. They were detail oriented, very courteous; the construction area was cleaned after every working day. The renovation was done within the estimated time frame, and I was so happy with the result that I asked them to handle the renovation of my bathroom as well. After these projects there was not any doubt left in my mind that I would ask them again and again to do more work for me provided they will find time for that in their busy schedule.

golden bee homes are very un professional they gave me one quote and when I went in to finalize some paper work the price was almost double these guys will smile in your face and lie also when I went in I brought my nephew who parked in there customer parking in the basement they had the audacity to write with chalk on his 100k car stating that he is not allowed to park there and next time they will tow his car..... meanwhile I was in there office n he was on a walk next time you guys should double check with ur clients to make sure its not there car in your parking that is outrageous n writing on a car with chalk how old are you guys seriously use paper and pen and put that on the windshield I will not be conducting business with these fools who double there price and have no respect for peoples property I do not recommend these guys to any individual I have brought my business to (astaneh construction home renovation) check them out honest prices and aren't going to write on there clients 100k cars these guys are not to be trusted im surprised at all there good reviews must be there employee or friends writing these false reviews hope my review helps and when the owner responds to this they will be saying that all this is false but guess what I don't have time to write a fake review like all there other ones this came from the experience that I had with golden bee homes if I could get them negative stars I would stay away if you value your time money and property!!!
