Great selection and customer service. We were going to go to 4 other suppliers, but when we went in and saw the selection, we just purchased from here instead with no regrets. The staff and owner were helpful and took their time and gave us good suggestions. Two week update. Just finished our shower reno. The tiles we choose made our shower look amazing. We ordered a beautiful vanity from this shop a couple of years ago. One of the drawers came damaged. We’ve sent emails, spoken to the shop a few times; always been advised they have ordered it and it’s awaited due to supply issues. Here I am still waiting after 2+ years; they never bothered reverting with an update or a resolution. The pricing definitely is higher than others. The quality is okay as I have used this for 2 years now. The counter is great as was quartz however the cabinets are showing off the medium quality already. Shouldn’t have got this from here!!

Excellent workmanship, great selection of tiles and countertops. Colin was very knowledgable, punctual, patient and helpful. I wish we knew about Caledon Tile before we picked our kitchen cabinets. We will definitely call Colin again for our next project.

We worked with Colin to get our kitchen countertops and backsplash from Cambria. He was very attentive to our needs, very responsive, always on time and very patient with us as we tried to figure out what was best for our kitchen and design. We unfortunately ordered right before the deadline for year end but he still managed to get our order in in a timely fashion and we had everything installed before Christmas! We would definitely refer all our friends to Caledon tile!
