I gave into their advertisement and sent an online inquiry. They were quick to get my details the next day and also texted me to confirm my phone number. They asked me to share architect's drawings and city permit via e-mail, which I did promptly. Then they disappeared, all crickets... I followed up via email, heard more crickets. I then followed up one last time via text, more crickets! Looks like they just get your drawings and personal contact info and then disappear! Waste of time.

I hired ISM RenoBuilders to finish my basement. These guys were absolute pros all the way. Andrij came by to estimate the project, then Mr. Igor came to design the layout and other details. Then Eugene and his crew showed up 7:30 am on the day promised and went straight to work. In under 3 weeks they transformed my empty basement into a stunning and beautiful living space. The attention to detail was incredible, they took great pride in their work. We are very happy with our new basement. I am so glad we chose ISM RenoBuilders and would recommend them 100%!

Very disappointed with this company. Most of the work was done nicely (the boys that they are subcontracting are doing their job), but there are a few items that have been installed that had been already defective and we couldn't get them replaced (this is already the contractor who is problematic). They are also not very honest when it comes to what's included in the price stated on the contract. We had to almost fight back the money that we were not supposed to pay. Another problem is that they are not necessarily respecting all the security and building requirements, and now we are in trouble because of that. I do not recommend this company. If you value your time and money, you may want to look for more options.
