iLevel fixed my broken front door after it was forcibly broken down. They fixed it the next day and were very quick with the repairs. They cleaned up well afterwards and have followed up to make sure the door was working properly. I would recommend them highly!

Working with Ian is refreshing. He thinks outside of the box and works with the issues that he finds. I have an older Brantford cottage- one project creates another. We originally hired Ian and the crew at iLevel to replace/install a new side steel garage door that exited to the side of the house. Once that was completed, we were so happy with their work that we asked for an estimate on drywalling our unfinished garage. They also performed that work well and on estimate. Wait, there's more...again happy with their work, we got iLevel to close off a bathroom door that entered into our daughter's room. All the work they did was excellent and I have more projects for them in the future. Ian is courteous, on-time and keeps you in the loop on everything. We hired Ian based off his raving reviews to renovate our master ensuite back in August. Oriflginal time-line was about 6 weeks. Initially he was a week delayed, no problem. Demo started 1 day then didn't resume for another week. We acquired all necessary materials, finishes, etc PRIOR to when he requested them for so that there were no delays on our side. There were MANY days where he would not show up, not inform us that he needed to reschedule the day; not answer his texts, phone calls, or emails. I was stuck at home waiting and wondering if he'd show up that day. Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months. He was slow while working, would ask to use my personal tools, tiles not laid flush in the shower. His tile cutter was not sharp and destroyed every tile it cut. The niche is not flush, and he's had to return multiple times to address deficiencies. The lack of communication and attention to detail gave us the nightmare experience of this reno. This reno took 6 MONTHS to finish and there are STILL issues that need addressing that he is refusing the address. Stay away from iLevel and Ian unless you have all the time in the world to hope that he shows up and does a half decent job.
Ian is a very hard working, polite and kind young contractor that you will never regret to hire. He completed work in time and came according to my availability. He perfectly finished massage room in my clinic and I’m already happy to continue work in my kitchen.
