NEW ROOF – SHINGLES & FLAT ROOF combination After researching roofing contractors. I contacted JP Lucky Construction and spoke with Wendy. We set an appointment date to meet with James. James arrived early for our appointment, inspected the roof, took pictures, outlined the scope of the work & answered all my questions. James stated work will take 2 days, starting July 2, 2024 weather permitting. He promised a written detailed quote that evening. Quote received as promised. On Tuesday July 2, 2024 James & the crew arrived on site, & started the work immediately. The job was completed as promised on Wednesday July 3, 2024. The crew was efficient, detail oriented, respectful of the property. Excellent work, exceeded my expectations, finished on time, within budget, cleaned up & ensured everything was safe and in good order. I was extremely satisfied with the work. Wendy is an honest, gentle, kind, smart, caring woman, who truly believes in helping people, a rare find in today's harsh world and industry. Wendy & James are a pleasure to work with, they are honest, caring, kind professional, efficient and make sure the client is fully satisfied. They were always available to answer questions or concerns. I will not hesitate to use their services again. I am already discussing future projects with Wendy & JP Lucky Construction. People be careful with this company, if you want to do the drive way with this guy's make sure that you have the tape measure and do the calculation yourself cause they giving you wrong estimation and when they know that you find out they were lying to you they gonna be very rude and they not polite at all they gave me the estimation about 4000 dollars above and when I called them and asked why? they said it was an human error!!! Even when I tried to correct their error they said give the job to some one else which of course I do😄. No one giving the job to the liyers .and the funny part is they claiming that they doing this business for 35 years and after 35 years they have only 12 reviews 😄😄😄 If I could I would put zero star or minus 5 stars but unfortunately there is no option for that. fortunately I have figured out they were lying and I didn't give the job to them🙂. So please be careful with them.

Great company to work with. Metal roof was installed with the all the right details. Aluminum wrapping, gutter, and soffit were completed nicely. Highly recommended.

We worked with Wendy and team this summer on a large home Reno project (redid the main and upper floors). Wendy worked through revising the project on multiple occasions and gave us many options. Moreover, she stayed on budget (which is rare) and made sure we were satisfied before closing the project off. I’d highly recommend using JP Lucky.
I was referred to jp lucky earlier this year for my roofing needs They exceeded all my expectations. Timely , communicative, responsive..... and a very fair price. As I read the other reviews, I see a very solid company that will take care of any project you have.
Very quick and efficient service. No issues with anything. They worked hard and got the job done well. Very easy to communicate with Wendy and James. I researched many roofing companies and they were the most reasonably priced. Definitely recommend JP Lucky Construction and Roofing and would consider hiring then for future projects.

JP Lucky Construction did an excellent job repairing my roof. The crew that arrived was kind, well-organized, and finished installing new shingles with great efficiency. They ensured that my garden was protected and did an excellent job of cleaning up before leaving the site. The office staff was also very professional and ensured that I was happy with the service. It was a great experience, and I will hire them again for other repairs.
