When we decided to renovate our kitchen a couple of years ago, we were referred to Marielisa and her team by my brother, who had worked with her previously for his reno. Having never tackled any sort of renovations before, and having heard so many horror stories, i was expecting the worst. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The process was, overall, completely the opposite. From our initial meeting and every step along the way, Marielisa’s professionalism, and knowledge was evident. She was always available to answer any questions we had or to alleviate any concerns, even attending our appointments with us when choosing materials such as countertops and flooring, offering her invaluable input and advice. She worked with us, got to know us, and understood our vision, making our dream kitchen become reality! Any issues that arose were always dealt with in a timely and professional manner, creating minimal stress and anxiety for us. By the end of the project, Marielisa and her team felt like family! We are so happy living in our new space and I love finally having a kitchen I enjoy working in! Doing dishes doesn’t seem so bad after all!

Además para esta instalación se debió quitar una alacena empotrada, el trabajo fue hecho muy bien y sabiendo que iba a ser una polvareda, no se notó, han sido muy cuidadosos con la suciedad que este trabajo conlleva. Muy cumplidores con los tiempos acordados, y puntuales en el horario de comenzar las tareas. La calidad del producto es excelente. The design exceeded the idea of ​​what I had in mind. The installation was done in detail, very neat, impeccable. Additionally, for this installation a built-in cupboard had to be removed, the work was done very well and knowing that it was going to be a mess, it was not noticeable, they have been very careful with the dirt that this work entails. Very compliant with the agreed times, and punctual when starting tasks. The quality of the product is excellent. I recommend the company Monaco Kitchen Concept for a satisfactory renovation. I would like to include a photo, but an error occurs.

We renovated our kitchen in 2023 and working with Marielisa and her contractor Edgar was a very positive experience. Very professional on all aspects including attention to details from selecting colours, tiles to drawer inserts and to taking care of the ‘rest of the house’ while the dirty work was being done was appreciated. Marielisa is willing to put in the time to help you make the right selections that match your style and budget and keep to timelines. Very nice people and by the end of the project start to feel like family!

We are very pleased and satisfied with the extensive work done in our kitchen, main entrance hall, and stairs. Marielisa was very creative and responsible for the design and execution of the entire project. After removing a small closet and adding glass railings, the entrance now feels very open and bright. They transformed our outdated 1980's kitchen into a contemporary and modern look & feel, making the space functional, beautiful and inviting. We did an amazing renovation 3 years ago with Marielisa and can reaffirm every day how happy we are with the results of our 3 new bathrooms, the entrance and the kitchen floor of our townhouse. The creativity of Marielisa in the new designs was outstanding and Edgar and his team made it real , with an exceptional detailed work and perfect delivery. Also, the advice from Marielisa for the selection of ceramics, sinks and faucets was really helpful and changed the look to a gorgeous modern style that updated our home. We haven't seen this kind of work in a long time . We gained so much space and the double sinks in the ensuite gave us the confort we really wanted. I was referred by a close friend of mine the wonderful experience she had working with Marielisa. Though it was a long process from beginning to finish, Marielisa was always very understanding and made sure we were happy every step of the way. I had some not so great experiences with other renovation companies, so initially I was very nervous and anxious. Marielisa assured me that we will come up with a design that we envisioned and to trust her ability to make it come true. There was constant communication going both ways throughout the entire time. I feel like I hit the jackpot this time! The final product was beyond my imagination. Pedro, the cabinet installation specialist they work with, is such a perfectionist. Even when I tried to nitpick, I couldn't find one single thing I do not like. I cannot ask for a better company to redesign and install my kitchen. Marielisa's post renovation customer service is also top notch! This is a company that truly cares about their clients, even after the renovation is done.

A year ago, we decided to renovate our kitchen, and Monaco Kitchen was the perfect option to do it; we are super happy with the obtained results. Marielisa captured exactly what we wanted, she took the time to understand our needs, preferences and our design style, merging all these factors in a spectacular design. She was always super open to listening to our questions, concerns and making the necessary adjustments to the design based on our comments. The process went smoothly from the beginning, guiding and providing us with options that fit our taste and budget. She helped us in the selection of materials and finishes, as well as recommended suppliers to buy appliances, tiles, etc. The team whom Marielisa works with is excellent; Mastermind Renovations, the cabinet’s installer, (Pedro); excel not only because of the quality of the work they do, but also, they were very collaborative and respectful. The actual construction period ended up being very closed to what was planned, which is a relevant when renovating a large space in the house. I just can certainly say that the end result is spectacular, and we are very pleased with it. I highly recommend Marielisa and her team; they are very professional and reliable!!!

My husband & I worked with Monaco Kitchen Concept for our kitchen renovation this past year and we had a wonderful experience. Marielisa took the time to sit with us and understand our wants and needs and the best concepts that would work best for our functionality as well as design tastes. It was an absolute pleasure working with Marielisa. The only challenge we faced was unfortunately the initial individual (Ron) who was working on the installation of our cabinets caused multiple delays to our project through errors made with cutting as well as drilling incorrectly for hardware and then he would disappear for long periods of time during working hours. When we expressed our concerns to Marielisa she was understanding and was able to have another installer come in (Pedro) to complete our project and he did a tremendous job. Thank you to Marielisa, Pedro and the entire Monaco Kitchen Concept team as we now have a beautiful completed kitchen that we're absolutely in love with!

Monaco Kitchen was the right choice for us. Right from the first consultation, we felt very comfortable with Marielisa and the ideas she shared with us.
