Basement Renovation for 2nd Unit My wife and I have been looking for a reputable basement renovation company. I reached out to Harmony Basement and from the very first meeting, we feel the professionalism from Diego, Sasha and Stephanie. The project was seamless from the start, from getting the building permit for the second unit up to the final city inspection. Sasha did a very good job of the schedule, hence project was finish on time. Roy, who is the supervisor of the project was excellent and approachable when we have questions and some minor issues that needs to be addressed. The subcontractors the company hire to do the install for each phase of the project are all certified professionals. Special mention to Julian and team who did the carpentry and millwork, mtec team who did the electrical and to the other teams for there exceptional work. Everything was up to standard. I highly recommend Harmony Basements (Renovation). You will have no regrets, and peace of mind for me is must for these type of projects.
Outstanding customer service. I bought a house that had a dryer issue. The duct and venting and basement was all done by prime x last year and I bought the house this year. When I reached out to them, even though I am not their customer, they still helped me and fixed the issue even after 1 year of the work done. Nowadays it's very hard to find such contractors. great work team. Keep it up.

Where should I start. I am so heartbroken while I write this review. I so wish I could go back in time and not choose AG. All bad things that could go wrong went wrong with my 2 bathroom renovations with AG. Time, money and quality all were compromised. Delays, plumbing problems, tiles not properly laid out, cleanliness, irregularities in grouting. You name it and the problem is there. My supposedly new washroom is already looking old/bad after spending money/time. I so wish Karma hits hard on AG and his contractor Glen. I don’t even need to take pictures and post here, come anytime and see the quality of work done. Not even worth one star
Amazing experience and quality. We waited a few years to write the review, and even after all this time, the workmanship stands out. No weird issues or problems came up. And we really liked the recommendations they made when we were thinking of ideas to remodel the basement. Thanks!

Jody and her team are true professionals and their attention to detail was impressive. We contracted them to renovate our entire house - all three floors. Every single room was touched, all flooring was re-done including finishing the unfinished basement. They did a full kitchen reno including wall removal to create a gorgeous open space. All custom cabinetry sized to our specs. Jody, Rob and the entire Karry team were amazing. They were always available to answer questions, very responsive when we reached out and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Jody was on top of everything and was constantly checking in to make sure things were moving as expected. This was super reassuring and gave us great peace of mind. Their use of regular trades teams means they have great relationships with them and know their work and had reliable teams. They were able to do our entire house from start to finish in 6 months and we were able to live in the house during the entire process.
